I highly recommend this particular Grease Monkey. Eddie Hernandez is a professional store manager. I personally know management, I manage 6 apartment buildings with 200 residents in Denver area , and my wife as well is store manager of a high volume retail store in Denver. So we know customers and how to work with them, annd read them, and treat them under all circumstances. These guys work really well together. They changed out our 2017 Acadia battery for a new one, changed the oil. Eddie Hernandez, and the other 3 guys who unfortunately I don’t know their names I apologize. Are AWSOME!. I would go out of my way to go there. Engelwood Grease Monkey. Lon and Brigette Dolph.

Just went to grease monkey. Paul and Eddie were very polite. I had a certain truck that had to have a filter special ordered in. These guys got the filter in in the same day showed up. They had me in and out and less than 20 minutes. And I also got free ice cream. I’m glad I moved to this area of town. This is definitely my go to place for an oil change.

I've had very bad experience with brakes in the past, having said that I know mechanics doesn't always cooperate and sometimes things happen. Eddie and the team were able to fix the issue that happened with my brakes and I'm super happy to bring both my vehicles here when things come up!

Inaccurate diagnostics and unnecessary upsells I came in for an oil change, engine flush, and brake check. Shortly after leaving, my check engine light came on with code P0420 (catalytic converter). When I returned, the tech insisted it was unrelated to the flush and quoted me over $1,000 for a new catalytic converter. They also claimed all four brake pads were under 2mm with scratched rotors, recommending a full four-wheel brake job. Suspicious, I took my car to an independent mechanic for a second opinion. They cleared the P0420 code, and it never returned—confirming it was just a temporary sensor reaction to the engine cleaner. Even worse, the mechanic found my rear pads still had 6mm of life and the rotors were completely fine; only the front brakes actually needed service. Had I trusted Grease Monkey, I would have needlessly spent well over $1,000 on parts I didn't need. Get a second opinion before approving major work here. 2 stars since the oil change itself was fine
