  This popped up just as we are fighting this exact insurance company. They are refusing to pay for the roof damage on our 2020 5th wheel camper. We had two different storms go through at the lake that damaged the roof. They said it is wear and tear damage not from the hail and huge limb that fell on it. Claims adjust was a joke, after taking pictures and video of the damage turned in half of the things she found. Took the camper to Abe Thompson RV repair and they confirmed that the roof needs replaced. Zac has been going back and forth with them but they are not working with him at all. We have called, left messages, no response. Called Jody Burgess, supervisor of MD consultant Deirdre Murphy, left message for her, still no call back. Don't waste your money. Have been with them since we bought the camper in 2023 from Camper World.

  Ripped me off big time over 3 years. Didn't ever make a claim, and watched my premiums almost double.

  Misleading. They will give you a discount for a pay year in advance program, but if you cancel, they will only give you a pro-rated refund of 90% or less of your policy... Snakes...

  Called customer service because I was having an issue getting my id card. Freddy helped me and he was so professional! Five star service

  Not good at all. Impossible to speak with someone on the phone when you have a question or a problem. Refused to refund my insurance when I cancelled early. They stated they would issue a credit to my credit card and they never did.
