  What a nightmare this company is. I tried to sign up, for one year, online, but it kept circling back around and obviously I became frustrated with that nonsense. I called them for a quote, and told them I had tried to pay online, but it wasn't working. NBD, the agent assured me they could do it for me, awesome. The agent wanted me to pay for four years, upfront and I said "I was looking for a one year policy" he became flustered, which I understand, but I'm not paying for four years, don't be ridiculous. And when I mentioned the quote that I had received online, and that quote was significantly less then what the agent was offering. I needed my RV to be towed so no one year policy, minimum two year policy. I agreed and asked about their cancellation process, which they assured me was very simple. They refused to tow my RV, I went back, and forth with them for two months, and I heard every excuse under the sun, as to why they couldn't tow my RV And cancellation? Five phone calls, five recorded conversations to cancel this policy, which they refuse to do. I was also told when I cancel, they'll prorate my rate, and refund the rest They still haven't cancelled my policy and I've never received the check they assured me would be sent Do NOT sign up with them, I could give you the name of another company which was far lower, and has a one year policy, but they didn't tow my RV either, so they can all go in the trash can

  WOW! a\After reading all of the negative reviews I have changed our minds on using Good Sam's Insurance .

  Sorry but this company is a joke and a rip off pay to get insurance and when you no longer need the service have to pay to cancel it worst company ever

  I received 6 calls one day and 8 the next. the first call I told them that I didn't need their expense insurance. The harassment continued until I blocked their number.
