  I called to file a claim and was told the account was for a JAYCO Jayflight which I don not own and they told that my VIN shows as a Jay flight. I verified the VIN number was correct their system was still showing a Jay Flight when my Insurance and registration verified my VIN as a Jayco Pinnicle. I had been paying on this ESP for two years and was told they were going cancel my policy and refund the last year of premium and They would write a policy for the Pinnicle with a premium of 3 times what I had been paying and would not be able to file a claim for 30 days.I ask that the total amount of premiums be refunded but GOODSAM ESP leadership team said no just the last year of premium would be refunded. So basically I paid for a service that I could never use because of a system glitch in their system that I never caught until it was time to use the ESP and the company says sorry we will just keep the first year of premium and refund the second year premium. This is out right theft and I would caution everyone to be very careful. On a positive note those agents I did deal with were very respectful and understood my situation. Their leads hip team though are theives.

  While on a trip I had a slide out cable get pinched and short out. The slide out would not extend. The short took out the slide out electrical controller. Good Sam ESP said nothing was covered. Useless service.

  I called today to cancel my good sam esp. I spoke to Barbara. She said I needed a reason to cancel. I said I decided I don’t want it anymore. She said that’s not a good enough reason to cancel. Automatic credit card payments will continue. So then I said I sold the rv. She said she needed to know when I sold it and to who. She wanted me to transfer the plan to that person. I told her I don’t have that information. I wouldn’t give it out even if I did. I never asked for a refund of any kind. I just wanted to stop the charges on my card. It was a very stressful, frustrating process. After she finally agreed to cancel she tried to sell me auto insurance and extended warranty’s for our cars. Ridiculous.
