  5/29, Blew out both passenger side rear (dual) tires today at 3:30PM. It is now 9:30PM and I'm still on the side of the road. I've had to call multiple times to request updates, no service providers found, my case agent changed from Jayda to Vicky. Neither of whom express any sense of urgency or genuine concern about me being on the side of a Texas road in the middle of nowhere. Still waiting.. what a joke!!!! Update to my situation to follow.

  Was supposed to get a bigger refund off of a five-year plan on roadside assistance and they gave me $55 out of $279. Don’t waste your money or time with it!

  I received an email today saying “we’ve received your order” no mention of charges or anything. I contacted Good Sam Club within 2.5 hours of receiving the email and asked if there was a charge. They said yes basically just under $40. I told them I was selling my camper and did not want to renew. They told me it was too late and that they will not cancel. To me this is a rip off and piss poor customer service. There is no reason in the world. They can’t cancel something that I have no intentions of using buyer beware!

  Sales support is always excellent. Buyer beware of what the sales person is telling you and what you actually get. Billing is easily fouled up, if you are a yearly member and upgrade, you may still be under the autopay for the yearly membership. And elite was suppose to cover travel membership and roadside- it did not. You may feel good about the cheap cost, but other members I've met while on the road were not happy when in time of need.

  Had problems logging into my account on line, called in. Talked to DonRe, very very helpful, fixed the problem, and explained why it happened.
