One tech on duty. I was there for two hours with two cars ahead of me for an oil change and tire rotation. Did not use seat covers while wearing greasy jeans. Tire pressures didn't appear to have been checked during rotation, oil life monitor not reset. All the little details just added up to a bad experience

Okay. I have been here 6 times. 3 out of six were okay. The 3 other times were a mess. My wife's Lexus had missing pieces that cover the engine after a visit. They did purchase a new cover but they didn't put back the plastic safety rivets so I had to purchase new ones from Amazon. Then my FJ. They over tightened the filter housing which caused me to purchase a new housing. Then yesterday I got the new housing replaced and drove home. Thinking all was well till I noticed today that my FJ had an oil leak. So I drive back over to find they didn't put the cover cap back on. Lucky for me a nice lady observed it before I had run out of oil. I wouldn't go back. They are nice people who work there but it's not worth the chance of them messing something up.
