  Upcharge, and more upcharge. Very dissatisfied. My wife took basic Kia SUV in for oil change. Talked into fuel additive, then extra charges never discussed before job was done. $200 for an oil change. $78 last time at the Dealer! Won’t be using them again.

  I had an exceptional experience and truly felt taken care of from start to finish by Harrison. The level of service went above and beyond and everything was handled with great attention and care for my car. What stood out most was how patient and kind he was while taking the time to educate me and answer all of my questions. I never felt rushed or talked down to, just genuinely supported. It’s rare to find that combination of professionalism and kindness, and I’m really grateful for it!

  Was at the store on 4/22 to get an oil change. The individual Cade, said that it was national oil change day and that I would get $40 off an oil change. Well, he ended up charging extra for so many things that I ended up paying what I normally pay at Valvoline. Not only that but none of my fluids were topped off, and my tires were not filled either. A couple days later, when I checked my air pressure, my tires were low.I had to take more time out of my day to go to the Highlands Ranch location where I live and have them fill up the air in my tires. I asked them to please check the fluids because now I wasn’t sure if I got the service that I paid for. Ended up, my fluids were low as well as my oil! Highlands Ranch said my oil was short a quart when I actually got charged for an extra quart! Maybe they don’t think that females pay attention but I am one of the few that does. Very disappointed in the service especially since it’s a brand new store. The Highlands Ranch store documented the service they had to provide so you will see all of this in the system. Horrible experience and I will never go back.

  I’m not easy to impress, but this store’s customer service is unparalleled. They take their promises to their customers seriously, which is more than I can say for most other locations I’ve visited.
