  Great great customer service and super responsive which was so nice!! Just truly enjoyed the experience all around and I felt the prices were very fair! We did a full brake replacement and flush! :)

  I went into brakes plus Elizabeth for oil change we were over charged. The manager felt bad for our misunderstanding on the oil change. He gave us a free oil change on our next vehicle so am happy with the service there. I would recommend Brakes plus.

  Friendly and fast service. John was happy to squeeze me into his schedule and made my oil change super easy. He made sure to include me on a coupon for my oil change i didn’t even know about! Really appreciate these folks and their care for customers.

  This Brakes Plus location in Elizabeth is hands down my favorite. The team here is outstanding, and John Stark runs a top-notch shop. From the moment you walk in, you can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in the work they do. John is always transparent about what’s going on with your vehicle and takes the time to explain everything clearly. He involves customers in the decision-making process, making sure they understand their options and can make informed choices without feeling pressured. His recommendations are always made with the long-term health and reliability of the vehicle in mind, not just to sell unnecessary services. The customer service here is truly next level. Everyone is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, and they consistently go above and beyond to make sure you're taken care of. I have never had a bad experience at this location, and I trust them completely with my vehicles. My husband worked for Brakes Plus from 1999 to 2005, so it's especially refreshing to see that the company values and commitment to customer service are still what they used to be. Unless my husband is turning the wrenches himself, I won't take my vehicles anywhere other than Brakes Plus in Elizabeth. They have earned my trust, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, knowledgeable, and customer-focused automotive care.
