- KMKyle McDonnellAug 21, 20265.0I had a great experience at the Elizabeth location! John, the manager, helped me a great deal by taking my 2024 Tiguan in for brakes and engine oil check. He made sure I was ok with taking off the wheel lock bolts and giving me a quote for the bolt replacements as so I don’t run into the same issue of not being able to remove and replace the tires without the master key for the wheel locks. He quoted me a price 2x less than what the Dealer ship offered for replacing the brakes and was very professional in his assessment of the overall work needing to be done to the vehicle. I would recommend this location for locals and people looking for friendly customer service.

Excellent qualities for someone running any business to have, but especially so in the automotive industry where there can be predatory behaviors. You won’t find that here. We will recommend to all neighbors, friends, and family in the area for brakes and oil change services.

I brought my vehicle back into the Elizabeth Brakes Plus for an alignment check, they found it out of tolerance. They promptly fixed the alignment and did so without charge. Kudos and thank you!
