- MMMatthew Moore5 days ago2.0When I arrived for my first appointment, I was informed that safe light in Durango had ordered the wrong windshield. So we rescheduled for 5 days later. On my second visit, they replaced my wind shield When I went to pick my truck up, I was informed that they were unable to calibrate my windshield camera which is required for toyota tundra safety features. To work. The reason they said was that my tires were larger than factory tires. And therefore, their calibration machine could not adapt properly. This of course is ridiculous. Could be a failure of their equipment or technician or knowledge base. I was informed that this is not the first time that this has happened to people taking their vehicles to safe light. Obviously I had to reschedule a separate recalibration elsewhere and deal with my insurance company to transfer payment.
- SLSir LostalotSep 28, 20265.0Excellent service! Called when they left their shop and again about five minutes out. Removed all the left over glass, installed the new window, put rain guard on windshield with new wipers. Best of all it saved me a trip into town (about 40 minutes). Couldn’t be happier.
