- GPGlen Polich5 days ago3.0Let’s start with the staff was great and very friendly. My issue was with a vehicle that probably should have been removed from the fleet a bit ago. The car smelled like cigarette smoke and had over 50K miles on it. I rent from National 40+ weeks a year and this was one of the least desirable vehicles I’ve been given. Again, staff was great, but the car, not so much.

In over a decade of traveling here, this is easily the best car we have ever rented. We truly appreciated having such a comfortable ride that navigated the mountain passes without any issues.

This bothered me initially, because I had a group of 5 people and this was the vehicle type we wanted. The agent put us in a minivan, but agreed to comp me a day and offered an additional credit due to the inconvenience. I thought this was very fair, and the minivan ended up working out ok for our trip.
