Usually they will show you various filters and things that might need to be changed, but I told them that I had a major service scheduled in the near future and didn't need any of that. They skipped the whole show and tell section and had me out in a super fast time. Friendly, efficient, and clean.

Quentin pointed out there was another rodent issue with a nest of pine cones stuffed under my engine cover. He installed a rodent deterrent machine that I had, which he recommended the last time I came in with mouse issues. I’m glad the service there goes above and beyond and I can trust the mechanics.

I take good care of my aging vehicle, which is important for my job, and I am very picky about who works on it. While I have had terrible experiences at OTHER Jiffy Lube locations when I lived elsewhere due to inexperienced technicians and a lack of oversight regarding the quality of service when it came to anything other than a standard oil change, my experience at this location has been very different because there are always experienced techs paying attention and making sure things are done right. No one has ever tried to upsell me on anything. I have had a variety of services and repairs done and everything has worked out well.
