Waited until around 1230 asked the service center about how much longer? He informed me about and 1-2 hrs. I asked why so much longer? He then informed me my appt was at 11am. So I asked why no one informed me of this or let me know while I waited all the time in their waiting area? All I was told was they thought I was informed at time of my booking the appt. I was also asked my several customers if I was employee as there was no one to help them.
