  We picked up the rental car on Friday night late. Brianna was excellent to work with. She asked questions to help determine what would be the best car for us to use made it very simple and was a pleasure to deal with her. I feel Brianna is a real asset to your company. It’s people like her that make you want to come back to Enterprise Car Rental. A big thank you to Brianna.

  Savanah Williams intentionally blocks people from getting cars. Intentionally gives false information about who her District Manager is (gave a bogus email address and intentionally wrote it sloppy to add difficulty. 35 cars in the lot, 12 more came in 6 went out, yet none available. Then claims it’s the airports fault. Why because they bring passengers in that need to rent cars? The airport should kick this company out for constantly stranding passengers!!! Hundreds more during a family emergency because of her mismanagement!!!

  A confirmed on line reservation with a credit card hold does not mean you will get a car. They said they tried to text me that they were out of cars, but I never got it. No other options other than, “no cars”. How can this happen in 2026? Waste of time, effort and the kiss of death for a brand. Never am going to rent from Enterprise, regardless if it’s passenger or commercial.

  This isnt the first time they've cost me money. Constantly over booking and then not caring to help when you get stuck at the airport. Worst company for any rentals! Dont use unless you want to lose money!!!

  I found the Dro enterprise to be fabulous. This is the second time I have interacted with them but the last time I simply dropped off a car. They were responsive, by text, to my questions and concerns during my rental which I appreciated but they really went above and beyond. On my next trip, I realized I didn’t have my prescription sunglasses with me. I contacted them via the text chat to see if it was possible I left them in the rental. They not only found my glasses and sent me a picture to confirm that was them but they also sent them via fed ex back to me. I offered to pay for the shipping since I was the irresponsible one but they declined saying it was on them. I cannot tell you how much I appreciated them rescuing me from an eye doctor appointment for new ones. Thank you so much!!
