  We had a great experience renting a car from here! Savannah W. was very personable and answered all of our questions. She also gave us her card in case we ran into any issues during our trip. We were on the road quickly, and we wouldn't hesitate to rent another car from this location.

  The 2 people at the desk are awful. They refuse to help and offer service even when you can and it’s been escalated at corporate. White guy was dismissive and zero help. Do not recommend ever dealing with this branch and pray you don’t have issues because they will leave you high and dry. If I could leave a negative star I would.

  What a disingenuous company. I made a reservation over a week ago and they cancel it while I'm flying to Durango stranding me there... Threatened to call the security when I stand in line asking for my car that I paid for... I welcomed security coming because maybe I wouldn't be stranded at the airport. Maybe they can give me a ride.. of course they never showed up so I had to Uber out of the airport because this place is such a mess and so disorganized. If you're counting on a car for a vacation or a business trip, these people are ready to pull the rug out from under you . This guy named John runs the company and screws over his younger employees.. he makes a bad name for Enterprise Alamo and all the rental subsidiaries
