Also, when we returned the vehicle, they tried to charge us for not having it back by11am. No staff informed us of this policy. When we called them on it, the backed down.

The manger gave me a call and worked through all the details with me and got me on the road with zero issues. He as an absolute legend and will do everything in his power to make sure you are taken care of. I rent a lot of cars for work and this is by a country mile the best experience I have had. Go rent from here.
