  Renting a car from this location was an absolutely great experience, I cannot thank the team members at this location enough, specifically the gentleman who assisted me. I was able to get the car I requested which was in perfect condition, with new tires, and cleaned spotless. The car drove immaculate and made my travel experience as delightful as it could've been, and thanks to these wonderful people, I made it home safely. I cannot thank your team enough for all they do, and the empathy and care they put into their work day-to-day. I rented this car during a busy holiday weekend, and the team couldn't have been more helpful to get me into a car and on the road as soon as possible. 10/10 experience, and I'll always recommend Enterprise before any other company.

  Booked through Priceline and wasn’t paying attention…thinking I’d reserved a car at the Durango Airport….rookie mistake. The woman at the airport desk showed me what I’d done and offered to provide a car later that afternoon (when one became available). I chose to grab an Uber to your highway location….which turned out to be a fun & entertaining adventure with Kurt as our diver tour guide. Aileen at the highway office was a pleasure to do business with! They were busy but she got us checked in and on our way promptly. Returning the car a week later was equally effortless and we caught another Uber ride with Kurt. So a mistake led us to a fun adventure with Kurt and Aileen which we truly enjoyed! Highly recommend Enterprise at both Durango locations….great employees and excellent service!

  I had an incredible experience at the Durango location thanks to Allie and Kedar. Allie was exceptionally helpful and communicative over the phone while helping me coordinate my holiday weekend rental. When I arrived earlier than expected, Kedar stepped up seamlessly to handle the logistics, showing incredible professionalism and flexibility with my timing so I could get on the road stress-free. Exceptional teamwork and customer service from both of them. They went above and beyond, and Enterprise corporate should be proud to have them representing the company.

  Going on 30 hours of them not having a vehicle after having a confirmed reservation. Why say you have a reservation when you can’t provide the car? Just say you’re sold out and can’t provide a car? Edit: still no car and when you call no one answers the phone.

  Reservations at this location can be very unreliable in terms of vehicle specification and it seems like Enterprise corporate is constantly poaching vehicles from them, likely to deploy for covering spikes in cities for business customers. That being said, they do their best to work around this and accommodate their customers the best they can. Just be aware that if the vehicle doesn’t match what you expected, it is likely not the fault of the people working at this location. Call 800 number and complain to them instead.
