I definitely recommend DAR. I had transmission and radiator replaced after being stuck on the side of the road. They were great and on time.

The owner and Staff were outstanding! We were on our way to Meeker CO and we got a critical error on the engine. It turned out to be a shorted spark plug wire. The technician jumped on the problem within 5 minutes of me pulling in. They found the problem quickly and had my truck repaired in just over an hour. We were able to get back on the road the next morning. Everyone was extremely pleasant and helpful.

I was on vacation in Colorado from California on the labor day weekend. I popped a code on my 2014 ford f-250 SD.
I contacted Durango Automotive to see what could be done. I had a long trip home and was worried about making it home without my truck going into limp mode. They went above and beyond to get me in on a very busy time for them. With their help,
I made the trip home with no issues. Very helpful and friendly family owned business.
I highly recommend this shop. Thanks to all your staff.

I love the professionalism and communication of the staff. The work quality is great and if there is a fault or an issue with the work they recognize that and fix it. However, the time line to do a muffler delete extended to the very end of the day. I wasn't notified of the work completion till 40 minutes of closing. If I were local or with in 15 minutes that would have been great 20 miles in 5pm traffic made it a challenge. I do understand schedule can be a challenge but it would be nice for a heads up for the end of the day completion.
