    i needed an air filter for my car. The employee told me they didn't have it in stock and would need to order it. At that I was prepared for her maybe to have checked their system for alternatives, nearby locations, availability timelines—standard stuff. Instead, she volunteered that there were 4 other AutoZones with it in stock. Then made a point to note that none of them were in Albuquerque—which, cool detail, but not helpful. No other suggestions, no actual help. I ordered the part, but got no confirmation: no name, no number, no indication it actually went through or when it would arrive. Just dismissal. The part that sticks: she could have spent two minutes looking at alternatives. She chose not to. That's the difference between a slow day and a location that actively doesn't want your business. That centers the actual failure...the refusal to even attempt to help rather than just the rudeness or the random Albuquerque comment.

    I needed my battery checked and hoped to buy a new one if I needed. The clerk/autozoner was super rude, didnt want to help me. I went down the street instead. Maybe stay closed on Sundays of you can't be kind.

    We are visiting Durango from out of town, and had an issue with our battery that we got replaced about a month ago back home. Turns out it wasn’t connected properly and Thomas was able to help us get it fixed up where we could continue on our vacation. Thomas is a lifesaver!

    These guys are good but beware. I called and asked for the price of a battery and coding for my car. Autozone says that they install and code your car after you buy a battery. They installed the battery with no problem but could not code it. They tried twice without success. They suggested Jiffylube which did it in 5 minutes but charged me $188. Called manager at Autozone to see if they might consider giving me some refund or discount on future purchases but no, they do not do that. It is a 2019 VW, So beware if you buy a battery here.
