  Great spot. Fair price. And even though it’s self-service, the staff is around and checks in to see you have all that you need to make do your interior. They definitely always check to see that I’m satisfied.

  ⭐ 1 Star This was my first time using this car wash, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. I signed up for a membership today, and during the wash, the right rear side window/glass on my vehicle was damaged. I immediately reported the damage to the staff. I was told that a claim would be filed, but instead of helping resolve the issue, I was simply told that I would have to wait up to two weeks for a response. I understand that claims may take some time to process, but being told to wait two weeks without any clear information or assistance is extremely frustrating, especially since I am a new membership customer. I hope management sees this review and contacts me directly to properly address the damage and arrange reimbursement for the repair. I have photos/documentation of the damage and can provide everything needed for the claim. I would appreciate a prompt response and a fair resolution.

  Had to write a review for Mateo! The carpet cleaning machine was not getting the job done so I asked him about it and he offered to hand clean my mats for me! I had just come camping and my mats were so dirty, he cleaned them so well and it made all the difference for my wash today! He was so helpful, kind and polite. I asked him a few other questions he answered very knowledgeably. Thank you Mateo for making my day!!!

  Mike was supper helpful and friendly throughout the whole experience at whistle express I was having problems at the kiosk at the entrance, then Mike got me figured out and was even helpful refilling towels and glass cleaner at the self service station

  I have been a long time user of this car wash. Particularly, the take five car wash before the new owners took over and rebranded to whistle express. It’s been a much different experience for the worst. Not only did they jack up the prices without informing any of the customers, but the unlimited package that used to be the sweet deal of take five is now one car wash a month for more money.. to reiterate, the subscription service that used to give you unlimited now only gives you one wash per month for 30% price hike per month. They have improved with the armorall as well as the Windex availability, but I would have preferred to maintain the lower price that I was paying in addition to the unlimited washes, then having the price jacked up and the unlimited taken away. You have officially lost a loyal customer 🫡
