  This was my first time at this car wash. I paid for the interior and exterior clean. I'm happy with how the exterior turned out, and my rubber mats do look clean. And I got to say, I did get in and out pretty fast. But my console was still left pretty gross. Maybe this is a one-off, but I am a little disappointed that I will still have to go and clean this myself later.

  A complete waste of time and money. Got the whole thing plus cargo clean and rugs washing. my car still has dirt all over the interiors (meaning they did not even wipe it out). I generally keep my car clean but needed the service cause we went to the mountains. Don’t bother.

  Avoid this place at all costs, especially if you're considering one of their premium packages. I paid $58 for "The Whole Shebang" plus a couple of add-ons, expecting a thorough full-service cleaning. Instead, my car was called "finished" less than 20 minutes after I arrived, which immediately seemed suspicious given how busy they were. After leaving, I quickly noticed the interior had not been properly cleaned. There was still dust on the dash, pet hair on the backseat doors, liquid left in the cup holder, water pooled on the floor mat, and several areas that looked like they hadn't been touched at all. To make matters worse, one of my floor mats was completely missing which was the only reason I went back, otherwise I would've just finished the cleaning at home myself never to return. I got back to the car wash and pointed out the issues. The manager found my missing mat and initially told me I was good to go until I showed him the obvious areas that had been missed, including dog hair and dried drool still on the doors, windows, and interior panels. He had the car reworked and told me it was "much better, thanks for coming back." Unfortunately, when I got home and inspected the vehicle again, many of the same issues were still there—including the exact areas I had specifically pointed out. The photos are only from the left side of the car and after they had "fixed" the issues. Mistakes happen, but when you're charging nearly $60 for your highest-level service, customers shouldn't have to inspect the work, return to the business, and still end up with a partially cleaned car. This was an incredibly infuriorating experience. I basicaly paid $60 to drive my car through the car wash.

  Ridiculous price for the car to come out not clean- have to do the debugging on my own and it still wasn’t clean!

  Been coming here for years... The quality of customer service and actual cleaning of your vehicle has become absolute trash. The last 4/5 times I've come here I go home and clean my interior.... and this last time the staff has the balls to let me ask for a rag to hit missed spots and then expect a tip too. Crazy.
