  Got the 32 dollar wash. Six different people started the inside but not one person finished. My interior windows filthy. The interior had areas vacuumed others not. They actually left a huge amount of dust on dashboard. Only wiped down a third. I gave a ten dollar tip. What a rip off. I watched as six people started and then went to other cars. What a waste of my money.

  Not sure where service is anymore at this location. For the last month and a half, I have to wipe my vehicle down as managers and others just look at you with a blank stare. Figured for the cost of the top tiered yearly package, there would be more attention to cars, high traffic times, and more. Not very satisfied with the level of service based on the cost of services.

  Did the most expensive options for inside and out and it was if someone got a wet cloth and just ran through the inside once. My screen still has snuffed my backseat has dirt on it. And I just wiped it with a little water and it came off so it was easy to clean… very odd there’s literal dirt every where still I’m so confused. Bummer it’s convenient and have been so many times but this is the first time I paid the most expensive and if this is the outcome I don’t see a point of coming back

  Shoutout to Gavin and Andreas at Waterway Carwash seriously the best service I’ve ever had. These guys went way above and beyond what you’d expect. Super friendly, fast, and they actually care about doing a perfect job, not just getting you in and out. My car looked brand new when they were done like showroom clean. You can tell they take pride in their work, and it makes a huge difference. On top of that, they made the whole experience easy and enjoyable instead of just another errand.

  I’ve been going to this car wash for many years until I canceled my membership today. I have a type of ceramic coating on my windshield that does not allow their sensors to read their sticker on the inside of my window so I’ve never attached it to my vehicle, because it won’t work. Most of the staff has been very kind about it until today the lady refused my entrance because I keep the sticker in my glove box. I don’t have time to deal with such nonsense issues when I know that they photograph your license plate so they know that I’m not using this for multiple vehicles. I instantly canceled my subscription, there are multiple car washing locations in the area and I will take my business elsewhere.
