    Are you kidding me? They raise their prices to absurd amounts and the quality gets worse? I paid for the highest level wash and it’s not even close to clean I don’t expect perfection, but this was pathetic. My 4 year old could have done a better job. Management obviously does not care either because all the recent reviews are terrible and nothing is being done about it. By the way these are just a couple photos. I could have posted 20. It doesn’t even look like they vacuumed my 3rd row.

    Worst inside detail I’ve ever gotten, visible dirt all throughout car, paid for the most expensive version of the inside detail. Go elsewhere.

    Everyone was helpful and very friendly. They changed it to a drive thru with you in the vehicle. Maybe they changed a long time ago. I felt bad because it was 100° today and boiling hot.

    I honestly can’t recommend this place to anyone. I paid an extra $40 for an interior cleaning, and the result was unacceptable. They claimed they don’t remove trash from the vehicle because it’s considered “personal property.” If that’s the case, what exactly did I pay for? A basic interior cleaning should at least remove obvious trash or, at the very least, ask the customer before leaving everything behind. The floor mats were still filthy, the interior was left smelling bad, and the overall cleaning looked rushed and careless. The car barely looked any different from when I dropped it off. Charging extra for a service and then hiding behind excuses for not doing the most basic parts of the job is unacceptable. Save your money and go somewhere that actually takes pride in their work.

    Bought a car wash just to vacuum my car. When I spoke with the girl at the wash kiosks I told her I wanted a vacuum for my interior and I would like to do it myself, i didn't need anyone to do it for me. After going through the wash I pulled up to the vacuums and got out of the car to open my trunk. While I was doing this, someone came up and started going through the front seat of my car. I walked up and said hi to which he replied oh hi, do you have a receipt? I said yes, showed him, and said I wanted to vacuum out my car myself. He said they don't usually do that but it's fine just go ahead. I went back to the trunk of the car and then 2 more people showed up and started to get into my car and question me. I finally just said I'll just go somewhere else thanks. Not gonna come back that's for sure.
