- AGAndy GrammerAug 14, 20261.0Came in to get my oil changed on my 05 Corolla. I saw 2 technicians through the crack of my opened hood and one of them replaced my good Schrader valve with a bad one. They thought I would come back after 3 months before the summer came around to charge me extra for a new schrader valve and pay for Freon. Also took my 2023 Mazda CX5 and after the oil change done on that, I have an oil leak. Went back to them to fix it and said it wasn’t anything they did. Never coming back. They will screw something up for you to pay more money.

I was only $4 short of the $304 total for my oil change, and even though the manager was insisting that I pay the additional $4, Larkin went out of her way to help me. She showed genuine compassion, professionalism, and excellent problem-solving skills instead of simply turning me away over a small difference. What stood out most was her leadership and commitment to customer satisfaction. Larkin demonstrated the kind of attitude and initiative that you want in someone representing a company. She treated me with respect and made sure I was taken care of, and that kind of customer service deserves to be recognized. Valvoline should seriously consider promoting Larkin or giving her additional leadership responsibilities. Employees like her can make a huge difference in a customer’s experience and are valuable assets to any organization. Thank you, Larkin, for your outstanding service and for going the extra mile. You definitely deserve recognition for what you do! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
