Not only was our car comfortable and reliable but the service by all staff members was friendly and efficient. Getting on and off the shuttle (with too much luggage) was a breeze. In addition, after leaving my jacket in the rental car on our way back to the airport, the drivers of the shuttle were able to arrange for the quick delivery of my jacket by the next shuttle driver!!!. All seamless service with a smile. Will book SIXT again and again!

I booked a car online through the app a couple of weeks prior to the actual pick up date. When I got to the station I was welcomed very warmly by Ray who lead me through the process.
I had booked a BMW X5 and eventually got a Mercedes GLE 350 which was totally fine. Ray was extremely helpful and friendly.
The fact that Mercedes puts a 4 cylinder vacuum cleaner engine in that car is beyond my understanding but that’s definitely not on Sixt.
The return went as smoothly as the pick up and they even gave me a discount for an early return without me asking for it. They totally aced it!

Great customer service upon pickup. Car was upgraded which was a nice perk. My issue is with the sixt car check in system. Upon arrival home I received an email that the car is past its return time. I returned the car a day ago. I spent a good chunk of the following day being worried about the rental car.

My partner and I rented a car from this location back in February of this year. We had no issue during the rental process, and everything went smoothly. However, last week he was sent notification that he was being charged $150 for a parking ticket that was allegedly received during the time of the rental. We never received any kind of notification of this in the months since this trip. Upon investigating further, he discovered that the ticket was issued in error as we had paid to park in the lot and had been dismissed on the city's website. He found not only the receipt from where parking was paid for, but also took a screenshot of the dismissal on the city website. The agent he spoke with at Sixt was quite unhelpful and shared that, even though this was likely their error, he would still need to provide evidence that this was incorrect. That is no problem at all. The problem is that they stated that in 10 days his card would be charged if this was not resolved. When he said he was emailing the proof over, he was told that no one would be back with him for at least 5-7 business days and that was no guarantee that his card still wouldn't be charged after 10 days. How are you supposed to resolve this if we were only given 10 days to respond even though it had been MONTHS since the rental and this is the first we've heard of it? Not to mention that we have evidence that this was an error not due to any fault of ours. This seems like very shady business practices because they make it so difficult to resolve that I'm sure most people just give up and the company then pockets the $150 charge. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
