  I’ve actually never rented from this company before and was always kind of weary of it, but I absolutely had a great experience at the counter. The gentleman who helped me with super friendly, super professional, and very efficient and getting me my rental as soon as possible and getting me out the door. The price was great. Everything was explained to me and I’m very happy with the vehicle that I rented.

  They have a large selection of vehicles to choose from. Cars, trucks, suv or vans. Toyota to BMW all at a reasonable price.

  PLEASE take photos & videos of your car before taking off when renting from this place!!! The car I picked up had so many scratches and dings all over it when I picked it up (not to mention napkins in the center console), thank God I recorded a video because when I returned it, I was promptly emailed saying I had damaged the car. How does a rental car company not know what condition their cars are being returned in? And what if I didn't film the video-- am I just out hundreds of dollars? How do I know the person renting this car after me isn't going to get slapped with those same insane damage fees? Terrible, terrible experience.

  Booked it online for 11 days and pickup is a breeze. No line at all when we got there. The guy at the desk is very helpful. He asked a few questions on additional insurance then hand me the key. Pickup location is a few min walk at the music garage. Return was easy even after hours. Just park in the garage and drop the key in the lockbox. Next day I called in to confirm and closed it. Overall great value and great serevice.
