The two gentlemen at the desk were perfectly fine and unfortunately bare the burden of the incompetent company that they are employed under. Upon receipt of the vehicle there was a dent in the left bumper AND the car REEKED of cigarettes. After it took over an hour to receive the vehicle I was forced to drive the vehicle to the airport to pick up my family. The smell was so strong that I would not be surprised if employees were smoking in the vehicle. Not only did the exterior of the vehicle have damage, but the interior was not as advertised. The seats had spill stains, the touch screen on the inside of the vehicle was not responding well, and as mentioned prior the infamous cigarette smell. The cherry on top of it all, is their phone system. It is almost impossible to get in contact with an actual human being. Their AI system creates increasing frustration after already dealing with the run around at the rental office. I was attempting to contact them regarding the accusation of the damage on the vehicle and could not get in contact with a human for an entire hour as the AI system kept hanging up on me after repeatedly telling me they were transferring me to a representative. I would love for there to be a positive resolution to all of this hoopla, however, I can say with sheer confidence, that I WILL NOT be renting from this company in the future.
