    The staff were very friendly and easy to work with. The part that was a total disaster was the final invoicing and the customer service to get it resolved. I initially reserved a vehicle for three days, upon arrival at the service counter the agent informed me that 3 days wouldn't be needed and I would only need 2 day since I was dropping the car off so early. I was also offered a free upgrade. When I dropped off the car the final invoice was over $300 higher than agreed to. I called customer service when I got home was told they couldn't do anything and would have to submit a resolution ticket, and because I originally reserved the car for 3 days theres no way to modify it to 2 days regardless of what the agent in site stated. I'm waiting 3-5 business days to see if I get a call back from the corporate office to see if this can be resolved...

    Simply the best option at DIA! We frequently rent from this location and have rented from four other companies at the Denver airport in the past. It's obvious that management at Sixt DIA cares about providing a positive customer experience. The vehicles are great and the staff continues to exceed expectations. Jay was particularly friendly and helpful during the return of our last rental. Thank you Sixt!

    Nice people.clean place, but did not listen to us what so ever. The person who assisted us kept trying to get us a “better deal” when we specifically asked for a smaller vehicle. We asked to opt to our first choice and she kept saying “let me get you guys a deal” Kept raving about the All wheel drive And how it was going to be cheaper. Kept speaking at us and not even hearing us. We made it very clear that we wanted a smaller vehicle. She just ignored what we said. Using forceful sales tactics to put us in a vehicle we didn’t want. Ended up putting us in an SUV and we’ve had nothing but problems driving in the narrow city ever since this morning. We’ve always driven smaller to mid size cars and did not see a reason to need a large suv We had no intention of driving around outside the city Even when she asked if we had any questions it didn’t even feel like we could get across what we wanted. We already paid prior to showing up and then it was just down hill from there. Again great options Great clean office and kind staff But when trouble shooting with the customer The staff member kept convincing us that their narrative was better.

    I usually rent cars with SIXT and, like anywhere, I’ve had both good and bad experiences, but this one at Denver Airport was definitely a good one. The process was quick and straightforward. The guys at both check-in and check-out were great, friendly, professional, and helpful. The car was clean and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Return was fast and hassle-free too. I would definitely recommend renting a car at DEN Airport with SIXT.

    I traveled to Denver on business several weeks ago. I given a cost of $157 for 3 days, in store, and offered an upgrade at the same cost. The bill I received was substantially higher. Customer service offered their apologies but no assistance. In store, all employees were very nice, but clearly incorrect in what I was quoted, to which customer service could not provide an answer as to how the total and/or sub-total was different than what I signed for in the store. Again, stating they’re sorry. The employees all seem friendly enough but don’t seem overly capable at providing a positive experience to customers. I will not be using Sixt again nor would I recommend anyone else using them either.
