- LMLauren Meltzer5 days ago5.0Spending my afternoons at Safelite isn't ideal, but the customer service I've received makes up for it. My Volvo's windshield had a crack, and the GM Raul has been wonderful in communicating the issues every step of the way. I spent 3.5 hours here on the first day, and the calibration wasn't fixed. Raul assured me he would handle communication with my insurance and order the Volvo OEM. He personally called me to set up my next appointment. The second afternoon I spent at the shop was nothing short of smooth. Kaz, the sweet front desk person, greeted me and let me know the timing of this appointment. Whenever I or anyone at the shop had a question, they swiftly addressed it. Aaron was my second technician, and he was also very knowledgeable. Coming to Safelite seems like the last place you'd want to spend your afternoon, but at least the staff is friendly. Thank you for helping me get my car calibrated with OEM!

- JLJames-Robert LimApr 20, 20264.0Everything was fine except I was told that my parking sticker would be transfered to my new windshield. I wanted to make sure I had this so I could enter my parking garage and use my car over the weekend. But once I got my car there was no sticker. So I couldn't get a new one cause the leasing office was closed and I just had to street park or pay for parking. Sure inconvenient when I was trying to avoid this exact thing. Would have gave 5 stars but it ruined my weekend. Mind you Safelite was like 2 to 3 hundred dollars more than other places I got quoted. First quote was about $650. 2nd was about $740. And Safelite was $990. The windshield replacement looks good and at least safelite honored their original quote and didnt try and upsell me once I got there in person like the first two places did.
