Just bad service. Dont trust the warranty they try to sell you on. It isnt worth anything. Windshield cracked after only a few weeks and they would not replace it. Go elsewhere

It took three appointments to get a window fixed. Could have done it in half the time at the dealer or elsewhere. Worst part is that these guys are everything but customer friendly. Last time I’m using these guys. Ones - never again

Easy peasy. He gave me 20 minutes notice of his arrival, replaced the windshield very quickly while my car was parked on the street in front of my house. Basically a no news is good news scenario! Highly recommend

Please review the work. How can one write this? I had my windshield and supposedly my wiper blades and water repellent coating on my windshield. However, apparently, my wiper blades were not replaced, and the repellent was not applied to the windshield. This was a mobile installation. I paid full price, approximately $300, and did not drive the car after the replacement. I drove the car recently, and it rained. When I turned on my windshield wipers, they were smeared. All across the windshield, I noticed the wiper blades were the same as when the gentleman was supposed to replace the windshield. So, I went to an odd Safelite store and saw a guy who replaced my windshield. He asked why I hadn’t had my wiper blades replaced. He then walked back into the shop and came back out, saying that they didn’t have those blades. He then told me that I hadn’t told him that I hadn’t had the wiper blades replaced, and that I hadn’t told him that they didn’t have the wiper blades. However, he still charged me for the wiper blades and the window seal that he didn’t do. I went into the store, and the young lady told me that she would refund the difference. I agreed, and then another guy came out and put the coding on the window. I drove off, and then I received a notification that a charge of $209 had been charged to my debit card. I was literally a mile away, so I turned around and went back. I thought you were refunding the difference. No, we have to recharge you for the work we did, and you will get the difference in 5-10 days. It is 2026, and I have never had a merchant recharge me for services when they do a refund. They just refund the difference, and we all keep pushing it off. My advice to you is to check everything that they said they were going to do, especially the mobile glass repair. If it’s a short black guy, definitely check his work or a skinny guy, because I’m assuming he was training someone that day. Before you get your panties in a bunch, and I’m not being racist, I’m not because I’m a black male. I expect good service, and by far, this is one of the worst services I received from this company. It’s my second glass being replaced. Check to work.

I opted for the mobile service for a windshield replacement. My technician was Damen. Damen was fantastic to work with. I was really nervous about the mobile replacement but he took his time to explain everything to me before the service and after. He even check in the next day with me because he knew I was really nervous about the recalibration. It was a very seamless and organized process. I appreciate Damen being so professional, knowledgeable, thorough and patient with me. :-)
