  This store is full of the laziest people I have ever dealt with. I had my back windshield fixed back in March. My trunk door is held together with tension so when it was getting fixed, a piece was cracked in the process. Not the techs fault at all. What is their fault, and incredibly lazy, is that the piece was on back order for months and I never recieved ONE update call. I had to call every single time and go through the process of talking to 500 AI agents and then I still couldn't get ahold of this store. I had to talk to someone at a call center. And in Sept, my last call with the call center, I was supposed to get a call from this store manager to schedule an appointment bc the piece was finally back and painted the correct color. I did not recieve a call for two weeks. When I did get my appt to get the fixed piece, I recieved my car back in worse condition than I gave it. My back seats were down, headrests off, and all the items in my trunk were now everywhere. The incompetence at this store is mind boggling, go to a different one!! They do not care about you or your car AT ALL

  Easy to book, fast, was in and out in 30 minutes for a chip repair. Everyone was friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. $0 through Traveler's comprehensive, could not have asked for a smoother experience!

  Got there shortly after closing to drop my car off to be serviced the next day. They dont have a key drop so I was panicking and I was very impressed that Katherine, on her way out, saw me in the parking lot, agreed to take my keys AND pull my car in the garage so it would be safe over night. Above and beyond. They were communicative, finished my car ahead of schedule, I never had to wait in line, and they did a great job!

  I had an appointment for 10:30 which I was 10 minutes early for. It was communicated via text that my windshield replacement would take 1 hour. When I arrived, the front desk person advised that it would be 2-3 hours due to needing calibration. I agreed to wait. Nobody checked on me or advised of any delays. After sitting there for 50 minutes, my truck was still parked where I parked it with no work being done. I asked for my keys back and advised that I would be rescheduling my appointment. I will not be using Safelite again. Thanks for wasting my time Safelite!
