  Benjamin at the Quincy location did a professional job replacing the windshield and recalibrating the camera on our 2022 Explorer. Great experience.

  I was scheduled to replace my windshield for my Silverado 2022 and after they had dismounted my windshield they found out don't have everything they needed to install the new one. So, they put the old one back with big cracks and rescheduled me for another date a week later. I had to drive risking to be pulled out by the Police, plus the lady at the front desk was very rude. I ended going to a different location to replace the windshield a week later due to the poor service at this location. Other than waiting for a long time (customer coming in after I did left the Shop before than me) besides that I did not have any issues at this new location. Definitely I won't be back to this Company

  Booked Safelite last week for a new windshield on a car I’m putting up for sale. Was booked for a mobile appointment on Friday 9/4. My tech never showed and I didn’t receive any other calls / notifications from Safelite, so about 30 minutes after my 4 hour appointment window ended, I called to see where the tech was. After being transferred a few times, I was advised that the windshield had arrived broken. They acknowledged that no one had attempted to reach out to me to let me know. They told me they would order another windshield and call to re-schedule a mobile appointment. The next Tuesday 9/8, I received a notification for an in-shop appointment that afternoon at a time / location that didn’t work for my schedule. I called Safelite, the first person I talked to couldn’t tell me much but told me to wait for a call. The shop called me back a couple hours later and initially told me they had the glass and could work with me on a mobile appointment and then immediately reversed course and told me I’d have to come in-shop. I asked why I wasn’t told that the appointment would need to be in-shop last week when I initially scheduled and a tech was assigned for a mobile appointment. The shop’s response was that employees are poorly trained. I requested to come to a Safelite location about 10 minutes from my office as that’s really the only thing I can manage this week and was told they cannot transfer the glass. I asked them to cancel everything, I will be doing business with a local shop instead. I have some expectation of incompetence when dealing with large outfits like this, but this experience was mind-blowing. 0/5 for not only not delivering in any way but ultimately costing me time.
