Not worth the service dept. You'll have a lovely time talking to Mike who's sole goal is to make sure you walk away dissatisfied while being so "sympathetic/empathetic". For a manager of a supposed luxury brand to incur unnecessary costs onto their clients is already shameful, but to then turn around and just say "oh but we fixed it" as their only justification when asking for restitution is downright unacceptable.

We were looking at buying a new SUV. The Volvo XC40 has always been high on our list of new SUV's. We worked with Marie and had a great experience. She helped us get a fair trade in, has good product knowledge of the XC40, no pressure and listened to our needs. If you're in the market for a new Volvo I would contact Marie at Rickenbaugh.

I had a great experience buying my used car thanks to Donnie at Rickenbaugh! He was friendly, helpful, and patient throughout the process. He answered all my questions and made everything easy. I’d definitely recommend working with him and buying a car from here

I do not recommend this place. I purchased a car on July 9th. They lost the documentation required to register it. They requested it on August 10th and I sent it on 11th. They received in on the 13th and didn’t send it to processing on the 27th. My temp tag expires tomorrow and they’re now ignoring my emails. No one cares to respond to my phone calls. Avoid.
