  I do not recommend this place. I purchased a car on July 9th. They lost the documentation required to register it. They requested it on August 10th and I sent it on 11th. They received in on the 13th and didn’t send it to processing on the 27th. My temp tag expires tomorrow and they’re now ignoring my emails. No one cares to respond to my phone calls. Avoid.

  We had an amazing Saturday. We came I. To test drive a T8 for a business vehicle. Marie handled the test drive and by the end of the time m, we are owners of a 2024 T8… Billy was incredible at his customer service and we spoke with him while Marie worked on our application and buttoned up everything nicely. Marie was awesome and she knows Volvos very well… she made our time enjoyable and informative at the same time. Jill did a wonderful job getting out sale completed and under two hours from test drive to driving home .. we call her marshmallow now and a great addition to our family for work.. We will be Rickenbaugh customers for life now.

  Chris Manzelli always give me amazing, attentive service. I can’t say enough good things about the service I consistantly recieve at the Volvo Service Center. He truly goes above and beyond to help solve whatever is going on with my vehicle, tells me what to expect, and delivers stand out professionalism and care. It’s rare to find such personal advisor in the auto service industry and I genuinely felt like he cared about assisting me and winning my satisfaction. Thanks Chris!

  I have a 2005 Cadillac XLR. It has a oil leak that I had been trying to get in and check out. The first time I made a appointment I was waiting on a phone call from a technician but never received a call so I gave it another shot and this time I had a appointment so I called a couple of days before my appointment for valet service and was told by Jeremy that they are not longer making parts for my vehicle and most likely will not be working on Cadillac XLR. So now I have a Cadillac that I will never be able to fix. I'm very disappointed in Cadillac and have always been a fan of them but after this a change of heart. I would have never purchase this car if I knew it had a lifespan of 20 years. I love my car but I guess I will only get to love the look but not the operation of this Cadillac XLR. If there's anyone that can help me because Cadillac will not. I will greatly appreciate it. Thanks

  The service of Rickenbaugh Volvo is simply over the top. I was from TX in our Volvo XC60 hybrid when I had a “hybrid system failure” show up on my “check engine” screen. They put us in a loaner car as they diagnosed the problem and we were then required to order a new cell module for our battery which are on back order. They then moved us to a rental car until the battery is repaired and it was all covered under our hundred thousand mile or eight year warranty. Mike, the Service Director and Chris the Service Advisor treated us like family when we looked to be a one-time needy customer from 1000 miles away. We will refer all of our friends in Denver to this family of dealerships. They earned this! Finally, they have us as their customer as well as we are relocating here. Great service wins long term loyal business.
