  I recently changed from another local dealership to Rickenbaugh as I was extremely upset with the customer service they offered to a loyal customer. My service advisor, Chris at Rickenbaugh was great, he was upfront about the price of my 100,000 service before I attended the dealership. He communicated via text every stage. The next day after my service I had an issue with an a/c vent and Chris arranged for me to bring it down the following week. I was running late for my service appointment and Chris still got my issues addressed. Chris got the manger involved. They took it to be fixed by the service tech and they did not charge me, even after explaining it was not something their service department would have touched. They said it is due to old age but they clearly wanted to keep me a happy customer. I am so impressed they were open to my perspective of what I thought transpired. The Manager took control of the situation and got it sorted out for immediately, I was out of there in 30 minutes. This is the kind of company I want to be loyal to and continue doing business with. Customers want to feel like they are valued and they are getting value for their money. I feel Rickenbaugh, Chris and his manager went above and beyond for me today. Thank you Nick Pacifico for allowing your staff to treat customers this way. I will be referring Rickenbaugh Volvo to others.

  Take your service elsewhere. I was here getting a pre purchase inspection and after paying $380, I had to ASK for them to write the diagnostics. When receiving them, they left out multiple issues as well as left an entire sheet blank. Nick seemed like he had better things to do than his job. He also said on his way out that he saw an xc70 that was looks like it was in the parking lot. No one helped me see it, no one helped period. If you want a service dept that is lazy and doesn't do their job, this place is for you.

  Unresponsive, rude, and negligent. I’ve had an extremely frustrating and costly experience with Rickenbaugh Volvo, and I would strongly caution others before doing business here. For over two years, my vehicle title for a 2023 Volvo XC90 has been mishandled, resulting in serious financial consequences. After purchasing my Volvo XC90 at Rickenbaugh Volvo, I was informed in early 2024 that my title was never received by the bank. In May 2024, I was explicitly told that the title issue had been resolved by a Rickenbaugh representative. I trusted them. I found out last Monday it was never resolved - they didn’t do anything. Due to this incorrect lienholder error caused by the dealership and negligence in correcting the error after they said it had been done, I’ve paid thousands of dollars in excess loan interest because my rate jumped for not receiving the correct title. This has also led to account restrictions, I can’t access my accounts and ongoing financial harm that continues to worsen daily. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this, there has been zero communication, no written plan, no timeline, and no accountability. I have called requesting status updates. My calls to the controller, title clerk, and sales manager all go unreturned. When I spoke to the sales manager in person last week after making a three hour drive to sign a Power of Attorney to get this resolved as quickly as possible, I asked why my calls were never returned, I was told “someone else is dealing with it” and that he “wasn’t even here when the mistake was made.” That response perfectly sums up the experience—no ownership, no urgency, and no concern for the customer. I was forced to make that three-hour trip to the dealership after being promised Power of Attorney documents would be emailed right away so that they could be taken to the DMV the following day - that never happened. This lack of follow-through has only compounded an already serious issue. I’ve been told by multiple staff that this is a known and recurring problem within this dealership, which raises major concerns about their internal processes. I have very respectfully emailed the general manager twice with no response. At this point, I’ve had no choice but to prepare formal regulatory complaints. I have maintained loyalty to this dealership, had all of my service work done here and referred multiple clients to be treated like this in return. If you value clear communication, accountability, and basic competence, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
