- DMDavid MeyeringJun 30, 20261.0Worst service shop I’ve ever gone to. They told me it was $600 to replace a parking sensor on my Volvo and it wouldn’t be covered by warranty. They had to plug in my car to recalibrate it. Turns out you can buy the same sensor for $39.99 and replace it on your own with a computer in 2 minutes and everything works. These people give car shops a bad name, 0/5 stars if I could.

Service center was rude and treated us like idiots, and the Showroom was awkward and we didn’t even get to talk to a sales rep. If you’re looking to have your Volvo serviced or looking to buy one (they’re great cars), I highly recommend checking out McDonald Volvo. They actually treat their customers with respect and professionalism. Also, it’s very weird to see a 2.75% credit card pricing surcharge at a car dealership for luxury vehicles.
