  I called the day before and they were able to provide the truck we needed for a cross country move. Vet efficient process and positive can do people.

  Don’t ever rent from here!!!! They did not have our truck ready and it had no oil in it. Had to call roadside assistance as the truck broke down and the technicians were astonished that they didn’t put any oil in the truck as it was completely dry and couldn’t get a reading on the dip stick. Sat along side the road for over an hour and a half waiting. Had to accommodate them even though I paid a bunch of money for there schedule due to “staffing issues”. Was rushed in and out of the door with horrible Customer derived. To make matters worse no one will help with the issues and completely ignore any wrong doing or accountability even when asked to have someone get in touch. Highly recommend using other companies even if it costs more to ensure customer safety.
