  I believe this company may have actually saved my life. I can’t speak highly enough about Penske. Heidi and Nick at this location went so far out of their way to make sure that I was safe and taken care of. My first time using Penske, I was fleeing a domestically violent relationship — thanks to Penske’s flexibility and unlimited miles I was able to safely relocate to Colorado while four months pregnant with my two small dogs. Four years later It was time to relocate again for my child’s safety. Of course, Penske is who I called. I booked a reservation with Penske picking up at a third-party retailer on a Sunday. I do not recommend doing this. The brick and mortar Penskes are much more reliable and equipped to prepare a customer to rent a large diesel vehicle especially without experience. Uhaul doesn’t even really compare to what Penske has structured as an organization, in terms of customer support and roadside assistance. Heidi took her time to show me how to attach my trailer. Even though I wasn’t brave enough to later do it again on my own, I was able to coordinate with the 24 hour mobile service to learn how to properly unload and reload my vehicle onto the trailer. A company like Penske is hard to find these days — as are the incredible agents Penske employees as its own. Some moves need horsepower. Some need humanity. Penske gave us both. Thank you so much Denver Penske team for getting me safely on my way — and especially big things to Luccas for being so invested and diligent in carefully overseeing Penske operations across all of Colorado.

  I made a reservation on 7/2/26. My reservation was modified and confirmed by Penske Business Sales Rep. I get a call the NIGHT BEFORE (4pm!) saying that my reefer truck was not available. This left me zero time to find a replacement. I called Penske Business Sales Rep, he spoke to someone, blah blah, PROMISED me a truck at 7am, as outlined in my reservation. He understood what was a stake. I paid a driver to show up at 7am. He was told NO TRUCK. Its now 10am, still no truck, and we missed our dock time window. Penske- You have one job. Renting trucks. Maybe find a side hussle, because you SUCK AT YOUR ONLY JOB. Fellow Business owners: If you really NEED a truck- I would NOT call these jokers. PS- this is the second time this happened to me with Penske- so shame on me.

  Heidi !!!! Is the best representative I’ve ever dealt with among all the rental companies I’ve had experience with. She is very kind, professional, and incredibly helpful.   Great experience with renting a truck. They go out of their way to make sure you get what you need or more. Courteous and actually cheaper than some of the other rental places I visited
