This is another shop that is no good to go to they can’t properly diagnose issues with trucks all of the mechanics just keep on walking around the shop and not working on trucks when they have one to work on and they don’t go and get parts so you have to wait for hours on top of hours waiting for them to arrive very slow and no good service that you get here for the money that you pay for the truck and no respect for there customers and also they cause the driver and the customers that rent from them lots of money for downtown waiting on repairs

They scammed us. We leased 1 box truck by the week and they took a card and charged it $10,000 They kept the rate double TWICE over. We have progressive commercial with hired autos insurance and they declined it to use their own coverage. we are a honerable company and they threatened us while we were paid in full (we always are). They denied valid insurance to raise rates and extra $500. We could not fight them. Mitch, Seth, and Kaiden all worked together to ruin us for as much as they could take. By the end of the second week, they took 1950(the weekly with $500 insurance, $850 base rates, and milage) and then billed my family's card who had called in to cover me when I had hit my $5000/day limit for a week straight in my debit card. They then did a confusion tactic. We paid in full after a weekend of arguing insurance...they ran his card twice for $3200, randomly refunded half/"1 week" and kept the card number in file without telling us. They turned around on a Monday and ran Thursday and the following Thursday (without even having the milage yet) and then ran it AGAIN for good measure. in two and a half weeks we sank $10,000 into them. They "refunded" a $1950 payment but now ending the 3rd week we will be returning the vehicle because they "ended the contract.". I have a really high end company and we don't mind paying what we owe, but it isn't that, and they actually threatened ME on the phone. I am a medical and lifesaving resecue veteran hero who saves motorcyclists and the son of a surgeon. I became a trucker because my aircraft mechanic career wasn't paying enough. Let me keep it real with you. Kevin the region sales guy may not have known, but Mitch got on the phone and absolutely cussed me out and made me submit to being abused and framed ME as the problem. He threatened to call the police because he would not even tell us how much we owed. In fact, even at that time, he was in there trying to take everything. I guess most of their customers can't pay and he decided to do us dirty. my driver is a guy I've known for 6 years and I just started his company. The thing is, I broke an axle on MY truck in reno a week into it. that means I had to get a hotel during a wild fire (which means they charge $1500/week) and pay for a rental car. They took five figures off me after I had been hit in February, and out of service till July. In August I leased with with. So I only made $23,000 last month. They tried to come at me like I owed them and I DON'T. I think we paid them for 5 weeks and a deposit, but the took a deposit twice? They ran the cards three times a WEEK! That's illegal! They also like to deny top notch insurance as a matter of policy to sell more insurance. When I tried to apply my own insurance, this is when Mitch threatened us
