  This store has poor employees. Very bad customer service. When I try to use points for purchases it doesn't work. When I ask why always this store I'm told I don't need to come back. I purchase hundreds of dollars in fuel every week. Guess they don't need my business

  Have you ever met the manager here. She’s some little curly red haired thing. Rudest person I’ve ever met in my life. I watched how she was treating one of her employees and it was disgusting. Every time I go in there to get gas, that employee is always working on something. She always has a smile and a kind word. On weekends you hardly ever see their kitchen open. Always the same reason that their kitchen person didn’t show. They need to get rid of that manager and put someone in there that treats her good employees respectfully.

  So I hate to do this. But two days ago, I got a Cinnabon from this Maverick and it was way overcooked. The Cinnabon had very, very, very dark brown on top. It was quite hard to the touch which Cinnabon‘s are not hard. I let it go because maybe it was a training day or whatever. Came back today two days later, they are even harder and overcooked. I even went through the ones that were out for sale trying to get the one that’s not as Brown and whoever’s cooking these Cinnabon needs to stop doing it incorrectly. You are hurting Cinnabon’s name very much. Cinna buns are supposed to be soft. They are not supposed to be overcooked at all. If you grab a cinnamon from an actual Cinnabon retailer that in one of their own stores, it is not in anyway hard. unfortunately, I won’t be visiting this Maverick for a Cinnabon anymore and hopefully they fix it very soon. I would hope Cinnabon would pay attention to their businesses that they’re letting sell their product because it’s putting a very bad name on Cinnabon overall. It’s one thing to give your recipe and ingredients to a gas station to make it but following through or having monthly even quarterly check ups would probably make a lot of sense. Spending six dollars for a Cinnabon it better be perfect.
