- ARandrew ruizMay 4, 20262.0It's a gas station like a hundred others, but my experience has to do with their signage offering two different prices for the same product in an unclear way. I stopped my day because the price was significantly better than other gas stations on the same day. I got to the pump and the prices were different from the sign.... I asked inside and the cashier didn't speak the same language as me. No big deal. It's America and you are not required to speak English here. No manager available at the time. Again, no big deal. However.... After a call to corporate (Scott was less than helpful with a surly attitude) and talking to a manager (Elvis) they were able (it was all Elvis) to finally explain that there is a rewards program. It was not clearly labeled and Scott, from the corporate help line, was inclined to talk over me asking questions. I was disappointed that he was not doing a good job being helpful in any meaningful way. I didn't join their rewards program and payed the extra .10 a gallon. I'll just continue to spend my money at QT mostly because of Scott.
