- BDBrent DirksJul 30, 20261.0Would give this lot a negative 5 stars if I could. Their payment kiosk was blanked out. The payment app glitched and wouldn't take my card info in multiple attempts. Then I get a $102 fine in the mail for no payment and they wouldn't accept my reasons for not being able to pay. They did reduce it to 82 when I appealed but still exorbitant. Avoid this lot if at all possible. It appears that their business model is to rip off whoever they can.
- AKAriel KiskirasDec 17, 20241.0Would give 0 starts if I could. I was in this lot 20 minutes over the time I paid and they charged me $92!!! There was no signage anywhere in the lot about a fee this high for going over the limit and it was only 20 minutes - total racket.
- CJCharity JacksonAug 15, 20241.0I paid for 1 hr and was there only 30 min while picking up carry-out food at Aloy Modern Thai, yet the company charged me the full, all-day rate of 32!!!! Never parking at LAZ parking anywhere again!!!!! Don’t park here!!!! I would give 0 stars if it let me. 😡
