  We parked here to go to the USMNT watch party at McGregor Square on 7/7/2026. When trying to leave, our QR code would not scan to let us out. We tried to contact customer support, couldn’t get through to them on our phones or any of the other three kiosks, so had to eventually sit at the exit kiosk and block traffic to finally be put through to a customer service representative. The representative was rude and didn’t understand what was going on. After multiple attempts to tell her what was happening, she finally opened the gate to let us leave but then hung up on us before we could tell her that we had two cars in our party who were having the same issue. We ended up just having to break the second car out because it was three minutes from when our time was going to be up and didn’t want to have to pay a late fee. Meanwhile, while everything is going on with being on the line with the agent and trying to get out, we get cussed out by multiple cars who had to wait in line due to an issue that was not our fault, but the company’s. Definitely would not recommend this garage. Terrible app and terrible customer support.
