  I've been parking here for about 6 months. This is THE WORST parking lot. No in and out access even though they generate a unique QR code. I use their app and it went from $9/day to $19/day to $21/day over a few months without notice. AND it's cheaper to NOT use the app...still $19/day. The elevator is janky. Floor lights don't work amd the signs are incorrect (4th floor had a 3rd level sign). The only things it has going for it are that it's covered and 200 ft from my office. Finding another option immediately.

  Would give 0 stars if possible. Should be LAZY parking. The attendant was NOT helpful at all, but WAS very rude and condescending.

  def make a reservation online if you’re going to park here. I didn’t the first night and was charged $38 for 14 hours of parking. The next night I made an online reso for approximately the same amount of time, and paid $12. Make sure you enter and leave within the time you reserve though, or you’ll be charged for the extra time according to their normal pricing, which is $2/20 minutes.

  I use apps like spothero to park in this location and so far had a very smooth experience coming in and going out. Secure space with 5 levels of parking spaces.

  The garage is very secure, which is a plus in any downtown location. You need a ticket to enter the garage even as a pedestrian to retrieve the car. This means the elevator doesn't smell like pee. That's the good news. The bad news is that the posted rates are totally inaccurate. There are numerous posted signs all over the garage saying weekends are $5, but in fact you'll be charged $10. I don't like garages where you're charged double than advertised.
