  Leaving this review mainly for the LAZ customer service agent who just went above and beyond trying to help me figure out how to get in this garage. She tried really hard to locate information that her system simply didn't have. After I circled around I ran into someone also having difficulties- seems you have to be STRAIGHT in front of the door (we were also told only the left one, which, I had tried the right one). I get these security doors, but signs outside would be helpful. These streets get very busy and it's no time for shennanigans.

  The parking garage is nice and has plenty of space. However you can’t get into the building to get to your car after a certain time. I parked here for two days from 8am to 6pm and both days the doors to the building were locked. I didn’t see a sign that explains how to get into the building. It was late and dark and I was alone downtown. Thankfully I saw someone else walk up and push the call button. A few minutes later someone who must have worked in the building came and opened the door. I was then able to get to my car. Second night same thing, I had to push the call button and wait alone outside for someone to come open the door several minutes later. Wouldn’t recommend parking here if you’re staying past 5 or 6 as they lock the doors. It’s a large public parking garage attached to the building so it’s odd that it’s locked so early.

  This is my go-to parking on the weekend when I go to the DCPA. It’s a quick walk and easy to get out. It’s also much cheaper than the DCPA lot. Things to know about this garage: - Enter on Lawrence - Exits on Arapahoe - It’s a secure garage. Security is 24/7 and they have to let you in to get back to your car.
