    The team at this location is the absolute best! Extremely friendly and took the time to explain exactly what they were doing. Gave great recommendations and didn’t force me into anything. I will be coming back here for all of my services and highly recommend everyone else do the same!

    Super quick and easy. I don't know where they find these employees, but they're always over the top about making sure you understand what they're doing, how much everything is going to cost, and that you're happy with the service. I always go to this location, and it's always the same no matter who's working. I almost want to tell them to relax, I'm happy with everything.

    The entire team at Jiffy lube #164 (on Leetsdale Drive in Denver) was incredible! I’d give them all 10 stars if I could. Joey (the district manager), Vernon, Tim, and the rest of the crew went above and beyond to make the entire process amazing from start to finish. This was hands down the best customer service I’ve ever experienced while getting my car serviced. They were incredibly knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and professional! Vernon should be a part of a NASCAR pit crew with how quickly and professionally he replaced my brake pads and rotors. He answered all my questions and his attention to detail was unreal. I’ve had some terrible experiences in the past getting my wife’s Mercedes serviced as well as my Highlander. Joey made the entire process from start to finish seamless. From patching cracks in my windshield and entering my insurance so they would cover it, to providing me with the jiffy lube store contact info so that I could take my wife’s 2005 Mercedes to get fix with a mechanic there who is a MB certified technician. He clearly knows the business and is an expert at managing his employees. Clearly the work culture he helps create while managing his district is one that jiffy lube should be proud of (promote this man and give him a raise)! After my car was done and I went inside to pay, Tim asked me if I had any children, nephews or nieces. I told him it was nephews birthday yesterday, but I wasn’t able to see him because I had to work late. He smiled and then proceeded to pull out a brand new jiffy lube toy car and told him to give it my nephew and wish him a happy birthday! This small, but kind gesture was made my day! A big shout out and thank you to the entire team at jiffy lube store #164! I’m gonna recommend this location to all my friends and family the next time they need to get their cars serviced.

    I had an excellent experience at Jiffy Lube, and I especially want to recognize Simon, who went above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service. Simon, Vern, and all the staff were friendly, professional, patient, and genuinely took the time to make sure I was taken care of. What really stood out was that Simon didn’t just do the bare minimum—he went the extra mile to help, answer my questions, and make sure I left feeling confident about the service. It’s not every day that you come across someone like Simon who takes that much pride in helping a customer. Simon, Vern, and the staff members' attitudes and attention to detail made a big difference in my experience. These individuals are a great reflection of what customer service should be. I truly appreciate the extra effort Simon provided and would DEFINITELY recommend this Jiffy Lube based on the exceptional service I received. Thank you!

    It was my first time going to a Jiffy Lube. Usually I drop off my car at other oil changing companies that are appointment only, but I was way overdue for an oil change and received a coupon in the mail for Jiffy Lube. I was hesitant about the idea of a drive-up oil change and also, since I work the typical M-F 9-5, I wasn’t sure if I went in around my availability if I would be waiting for hours. But I pulled in around 5:20 on a Tuesday evening, and there was only one car ahead of me. From the second I pulled up onto the lot, I was greeted warmly and treated with respect. I’m disappointed I did not get everyone’s name, especially because of how well I was treated, but I did however get the name of Jeremiah, who went above and beyond to help me. I mean not to downplay the other two attendants by not remembering their names, but the 3 employees working on 09/22 after 5pm were all just so incredible. I’m not the best at keeping up with maintenance on my car, but when they were going over all of the light checks and filters, they made sure they explained to me why and what they were doing. You could tell they were not just trying to sell me new filters or parts that I didn’t need and even told me I had about another oil change or two before filters needed to be addressed. The quickness of this experience was just the cherry on top of an overall wonderful experience where each employee went above and beyond. Thank you so much!
