  I had a fantastic experience at Jiffy Lube! The staff was super friendly and efficient, and they got my oil change done in no time. I'll definitely be coming back for my future maintenance needs!

  Before I could even walk into the building, I was immediately greeted by a polite employee who kindly directed me exactly where to go for my oil change. There were three bays open, with one available, so I pulled right up. Within a minute, a friendly young technician approached me, asked what service I needed, and promptly got started processing my vehicle. We reviewed the different oil options along with a few recommended services my vehicle may need. I appreciated that there was absolutely no pressure — everything was presented professionally and matter-of-factly. When I politely declined a few recommendations, my decision was respected without hesitation. What really stood out to me was that the technician even consulted with a senior tech to ensure I received the best quality oil based on my personal request, even though it differed from the computer’s recommendation. Ironically, the oil I requested was actually more expensive than my usual option, so I appreciated their honesty and willingness to prioritize quality over upselling. Afterward, I was escorted to a clean, comfortable, air-conditioned waiting room. I was told the service would take about 15–30 minutes, so I grabbed a soda and returned about 25 minutes later to find my car already parked out front and ready to go, with the cashier waiting for me. In all my years of owning vehicles and getting oil changes, I genuinely do not think I’ve ever had such a speedy, polite, thoughtful, and professional experience outside of a Mercedes dealership. This Jiffy Lube location has absolutely earned my business going forward, and I’ll definitely be returning for those recommended services in the future. Lastly, while demographics are not what matter most, I did appreciate seeing both men and women working together in the shop. It’s very different from what I grew up seeing, and it was refreshing to witness such professionalism and teamwork. It made me proud to see how much our nation continues to progress.

  They seemed very disorganized. Sat in my car for a while before someone finally came to meet me. Told them I would be back in an hour. When I returned, I waited in the lobby for a while before someone came over to ask if I needed help. I watched them stand around in a group talking, not working, in the bay. He took me to my car and showed me the oil was changed . I had to ask if anything was observed while changing the oil. The tech came over and showed me pictures. I thanked her and got in my car. No keys. Had to go ask them for the keys. Normally I go to the one in Northglenn. Never had to wait or ask. Northglenn had their act together. This was disappointing by comparison

  This location is the best. Chris is the best manager and has the best employees under him. They are all very friendly and helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Went in just for an oil change and they did an over view of the car and told me any recommendations i might need but did not push on anything. Just did the oil change and got me out on my way. Entire staff went above and beyond during my visit. I will continue to follow Chris wherever he goes!

  I came here for the first time ever this morning after Walmart cancelled my oil change appointment due to not having my oil filter in stock. Upon initial inspection, I was informed my front brakes were essentially shot. They offered to replace them as well as change my oil for me. It was a blessing in disguise that I came here and they were able to change my brakes so nothing dangerous happened down the line! I am so very appreciative to all the staff at Jiffy Lube!! What I thought would be a routine oil change turned into a bigger project and they were all so understanding, pleasant, informative, and friendly throughout the whole process! Thank you so much for helping me out today! You provide so many of us with an essential and valuable service that often goes unappreciated. Thank you thank you!!
