I’ve sat on the phone for 45 minutes waiting to talk to somebody just for them to be rude and hang up and have to start all over and they don’t keep notes they don’t follow any protocol. It’s always justshoot from the hip you’re stupid. I hate him. I highly recommend not ever using them and they just got hijacked and all our personal information got stolen so there’s that too.
