I was initially told by Reyna that installation and shipping and everything else would be free. After the initial install, 2 weeks after, I would be charged. And now the device says my battery is low? That battery is not even 2 months old. I understand that the battery needs to provide for both the vehicle and device but I find it ridiculous that it’s draining my battery THAT MUCH. Considering that I had to bring my device inside due to the weather and I haven’t even driven my vehicle since Friday. Update: Patricia reached out to me and better explained the situation for me! We were able to resolve the issue with the balance on the account and get everything squared away! And with the battery, i guess it might have just been that I hadn’t driven the vehicle, everything seems to be fine with it
