  First time having hail damage. Reid and Garrett made my claim and repair a lot less stressful than I expected it to be. Hail Medic covered my rental completely for the whole time my car was being fixed and gave me a decent amount to help with my deductable. Everyone really went above and beyond to make sure I was kept aware of what was going on. Garrett went out of his way to bring me my garage door opener that I had forgotten to take out of my car. Highly recommend this shop if you're unlucky enough to get hail damage.

  We had a great experience. Our car had damage from the large hail storm on June 1st. Rich called me quickly after submitting my request online. He was able to get the estimate over to our insurance provider and took care of all the hassle. Thankfully there was not too much damage and they turn around our car in one day. Rich and his team were very kind and flexible. My car looks wonderful and they went the extra mile. I really appreciate how easy and how high quality the process was. I couldn't recommend this group more, and the office pups are really cute and well behaved too.

  Unfortunately, I had to bring my brand new vehicle in after it was damaged in one of the recent hail storms. It was the first time I had ever dealt with hail damage, so I was definitely concerned about how the process would go and whether the dents could actually be removed properly. I went through insurance and filed a claim, but I also wanted to find the best of the best on my own. I’m very particular about who works on my vehicles, so I reached out to Hail Medic along with another highly rated company. Hail Medic responded the same day, and from that point on, the process was smooth. I dealt with Rich, and he was fantastic. He was professional, came out right away to look at my vehicle, and they handled everything with my insurance company throughout the process. I literally had to do nothing. I was blown away by how easy they made it. They had my vehicle for just over a week, and I was surprised by how quick the turnaround was. When I dropped my truck off, Rich even took the time to show me around the shop and explain how they remove the dents. It was impressive to see the process. My truck looks great, but the biggest thing for me was how painless the experience was. I’ve dealt with body shops before where you drop your vehicle off and then barely hear anything. You end up having to call over and over just to find out what’s going on. I’ve had vehicles sit in shops for months with poor communication. That was not the case here. Rich kept me updated throughout the process and let me know where things stood. That level of customer service really stood out to me. They did a great job, If you want the job done professionally, with great communication and a smooth process, these are the guys to call.

  I am so happy that I chose Hail Medic to repair my car that got hailed on! My car had hundreds of dents. Rich was incredibly professional and kept me up to date on the progress of the repair throughout the process. His team also handled ensuring insurance coverage and communicated with me when I needed to call the insurance company and advocate that they evaluate my claim in a timely manner. The icing on the cake is that Hail Medic waives your deductible so what I thought was going to be a costly repair cost nothing out of pocket. I am so glad to have my car back and it looks as good as new! Thank you!

  It was only week two of being in Denver and then that random 30 mins hail storm out of nowhere dented up my truck. I’m from Arizona and Ive never dealt with hail damage before. Hail Medic was amazing to work with. Rich came out and showed me where all the dents are and explained how everything worked. Two days later met Rich at Hertz and he got me hooked up with my rental car and also helped me start the claim with my insurance which made it super simple since he knew how to answer their questions. Once they had my truck Reid kept me in the loop between the shop and my insurance and helped me understand the hows and whats and where my money is going. Luckily I didn’t have to pay anything out of pocket and Hail Medic made it all possible. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
