  DO NOT EVER COME HERE!!! I came in to get my car serviced (oil change, break flush, etc) and the next day my car was leaking all of the oil and broke down. They messed up my car that had no issues prior to coming here! I am now currently sitting on the side of a busy road waiting over an hour to be towed due to a lack of skill and training. I spent $340 here and less than 24 hours later my car broke down right before an important road trip.

  I wrote a negative review regarding my oil change. I tried to delete it. The workers forgot to reset my car computer so it continued to read that I had 8%of oil left and it was checked off on the receipt that it had been reset. I called several times before posting the review but no one answered. So I ended up going back up there. I asked to speak to the manager, he came out to show me that the oil change had been done. I apologize for accusing them of not changing the oil.This was a lesson learned on my part and I hope also a lesson learned for them. That when you check the boxes make sure it's actually been done.

  I didn't get my STICKER and I ask him he told me I don't need one I was there 22/4/26 As part of their service, they will provide a new, updated windshield sticker indicating your next service date and mileage, along with the oil type used. The sticker they apply helps track when your vehicle is due for its next service.

  Went there for service on March 20 experience was horrible. Took way too long did not seal the oil cap had to go back. They didn’t reset the oil light on the dash did not provide a new sticker either. I left a review, the district general manager called me and wanted to know what he could do to make it right. he proposed sending me a check for half since I had to go back. Told me it would be in the mail the following Tuesday never received it. That’s fine. Keep your money. I’ll just never go back. This place has been bad for a while. Always understaffed avoid it like the plague. What really disappointed me as it wasn’t my idea to send me half. the district general manager proposed it so why do it if you’re not gonna follow through? Just very indicative overall of a very poor business. The district general manager told me this is owned by corporate. There’s not a franchisee that owns it and that they’ve had problems for a long time.
