  I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was honestly unbelievable. I brought my vehicle to this Grease Monkey location for a routine oil change and was talked into additional services involving a component behind the glove box/cabin filter area. Immediately after the service, my car began making a loud clicking noise every time the AC was turned on — something that had NEVER happened before. We brought the car back to this location multiple times and were repeatedly told it was “fixed,” only for the issue to continue every single time. After taking it to another Grease Monkey location, they identified within minutes that something had actually been broken during the original service. At that point, the original location finally admitted responsibility and agreed to pay for repairs, which ultimately totaled around $3,000 at the dealership. What should have been a simple oil change turned into being without my only vehicle for 10 days, multiple trips back and forth, constant inconvenience, and hundreds of dollars spent on Uber transportation. Despite all of this, they refused to reimburse any of the out-of-pocket transportation costs caused by their mistake — even after I escalated the issue to Grease Monkey corporate. I was told since they’re already spending thousands of dollars fixing my car, they can’t also reimburse me for having to Uber to and from work. Covering damage your business caused is not doing the customer a favor — it is the bare minimum responsibility. Instead of proactive customer service, communication felt dismissive and reactive unless we pushed for answers ourselves. Mistakes happen, but how a business handles those mistakes matters. Unfortunately, this was one of the most stressful and inconvenient experiences I’ve ever dealt with, all from a routine oil change.

  Price was decent, service and speed were excellent. They changed my oil and recommended some other maintenance without being pushy.

  Awesome 😎👍 Customer Service every time! The guys here are Great! They completed an oil change & even vacuumed my ride. Which I noticed many other Grease Monkey facilities stopped doing. Had me in & out & on my way in a Flash⚡Also, reminded me I can come back anytime for a top off if my fluids become low before my next oil change. 🤩⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
