  I drive out of my way to come to this specific shop because of the manager, Josh. Josh has been great to me for years and has helped me many times. He is kind, professional, and honest. I wouldn’t trust anyone else. Many thanks to the entire team and keep up the great work.

  5/92026 hola quiero expresar mi opinión personal sobre el mal servicio prestado. tengo una Crv 2020. Fui cambio de filtro y aceite. Estéticamente le dije que no deseaba ningún otro servicio el personal no lo tomo bien. hicieron el servicio a mala gana. Y para colmo me renenaron el RADIADOR CON UN REFRIFERANTE EQUIVOCADO. SABIENDO QUE LAS HONDAS NUEVAS USAN DE COLOR AZUL COLOCARON UN REFRIGERANTE VERDE AL CABO DE JNOS DIAS LOS SENDORES ME NOTIFICARON Y AFORTUNADAMENTE NO TUVE NINGUN DAÑO. PERO SI ESTUVE EN RIESGO DE RECALENTAR. POR QUE LA NOTIFICACIÓN FUE A LAS 2 AM DE LA MAÑANA ESTANDO A MAS DE UNA HORA DE MI CASA. TUVE QUE ESPERAR EN EL FREEWAY HASTA EL AMANECER PARA ESPERAR QUE BAJARA LA TEMPERATURA, ES UN PÉSIMO SERVICIO. TAMBIEN HE SABIDO POR AMISTADES QUE LE HAN CAMBIADO FILTROS DE AIRE SIN AUTORIZACIÓN SOLO CON LA INTENSION DE COBRAR MAS A LOS CLIENTES. GRACIAS A ELLOS TUVE QUE GASTAR INNECESARIAMENTE EN OTRO MANTENIMIENTO Y LAVADO A MI SISTEMA DE REFRIGERACION Hello, I would like to express my personal opinion regarding the poor service I received. I own a 2020 CR-V. I went in for an oil and filter change. I explicitly told the staff that I did not want any other services performed, and they did not take this well. They carried out the work grudgingly. And to top it all off, they refilled my RADIATOR WITH THE WRONG COOLANT. Despite knowing that newer Honda models use blue-colored coolant, they put in green coolant instead. A few days later, my sensors alerted me to the issue; fortunately, no damage was done. However, I was certainly at risk of overheating—the warning triggered at 2:00 AM while I was more than an hour away from home. I had to wait on the freeway until dawn for the engine temperature to drop. This is absolutely terrible service. I have also heard from friends that this establishment has replaced air filters without authorization, solely for the purpose of charging customers more money. Thanks to them, I had to spend unnecessarily on additional maintenance and cleaning for my cooling system.
