If I could give no stars for this review, I definitely would. I took my 2018 Toyota Camry here for an oil change, and I'm not sure what they did with the skid plate underneath my vehicle, but it was hanging down scraping on the road and missing 3 clips. I'm assuming they removed the skid plate underneath my vehicle in order to get to the oil drain plug and probably broke 3 of the clips, which is why they couldnt put the skid plate back on properly and why it was missing 3 clips. I took my vehicle back to them and told them my skid plate was hanging down after I had them do an oil change a week ago, to which they told me they'll take a look at it. Afterwards, a guy told me they had tied down my skid plate with a zip tie to hold it in place so it wouldn't be scraping on the road. I took a look underneath my vehicle and there wasn't even a zip tie holding the skid plate tightly in place. I had to take my vehicle to Mountain States Toyota, which is roughly a mile east of this Grease Monkey, just to get 3 brand new clips put on the skid plate underneath my vehicle in order to hold it back in place. This Grease Monkey sucks at what they do, and I definitely won't ever be going back to do my oil changes at this place. The technicians working at this Grease Monkey also look like a bunch of teenage kids that probably don't even know what they're doing.
