  I had all the equipment I needed to change my own oil, but my drain plug was too tight to ratchet off on my own. I came to Grease Monkey and I asked if they could loosen the plug on my oil drain, offering to pay. Staff immediately said they'd be happy to help me, free of charge. Super kind, approached me as soon as I walked up to the door, and bomb service even with no cost out of my pocket. Next time I need an oil change, I will be coming here for full service, and recommend you do the same :)

  First time at this location, customer service was amazing! Quick and efficient :) Oh, and free ice cream while I wait?? Don’t mind if I do!

  I stopped in to this location for a long-overdue oil change on a whim and they were excellent. They went through my options and help me chose the best service for my situation - not the most expensive one. They were quick and friendly. The waiting room was spotless and they offered a free ice cream sandwich while we wait. I have found my new go-to for oil changes!

  This place is great. I've been coming to them for years. I even trust them with my quirky 1943 Willys (actually a Ford GPW). That said... As someone who has done oil changes I was disturbed by how quick yesterday's oil change was. It was only 12 minutes from the time I gave them the keys to the time I got back in the car! How is that possible?! Did the oil even get a chance to drain?! :)

  Everything was quick, they were informative and realistic about things that needed to be addressed and if some things could wait. The free ice cream was a great bonus
