I was very surprised at how fast the service was. Seems like I just got settled into the chair in the waiting room when a technician was asking me about my air filter and other services. Then all of a sudden he was back saying the service was all complete. Excellent!

Took a new car into the shop I have been using for 30 years. They got my new car setup ASAP. Got in for service reasonably quickly. The team did a great job...super nice guys. And I now have a record of other services I need to get done going forward.

I had a fantastic experience at Grease Monkey thanks to Alex. He was incredibly efficient with my oil change and made sure everything was topped off before I left. He explained what he was doing clearly and had a great attitude. It’s hard to find honest, quick service like this. Highly recommend asking for Alex!

This was my second visit to this location. I continue to be impressed with the friendliness of the team. They are efficient and provide great feedback on the status of my car and I appreciate a clean waiting area as well as an outside area.

The team was able to work on my vehicle immediately. They assessed my vehicle first, then a team member reviewed the findings with me and advised on additional services I should consider. This was all very quick and shared without high pressure. The entire process was smooth and the team members were very professional.
