  The tech pulled my car in and finished the job in under 10 minutes. He kept the engine running while pressing the gas pedal as he drained the oil. When I asked him not to do what he was doing, he sarcastically said that’s how he has always done it and that there was nothing wrong with doing it that way. The next day my car leaked oil onto my driveway and garage floor. Upon returning to complain, the next tech told me that the original tech forgot to remove the skid plate to clean it and that’s why it was leaking. He said all was repaired and I wouldn’t have any other leaks except for the water from cleaning the skid plate I have never been told this in all the years and over 300,00 miles of driving. I will not return It felt like a blatant disregard for my safety and my car. I have made an appointment with an auto mechanic to make sure there was no other damage caused by the tech rushing through the oil change. I won’t be back. Which is a shame because I’ve been a customer for a long time and have taken all of my cars and my son’s cars to that location and others around Colorado. Just a bad experience.
