  the 446 team was amazing, super friendly and wouldn't even accept my money for checking fluids. absolutely amazing people and management did an amazing job both hiring and, making the waiting area a good experience.

  Each person I spoke with was so kind friendly and professional. There was even free ice cream!!! I will for sure be going back to this location even though it’s a bit of a drive from where I live.

  Went in to get a quick oil change, service was fast and easy. I was also recommended some other services and repairs but not force to get anything done like other places. I liked services like that and will be back at this location. Thank you

  I'd always chosen Greasy Monkey for oil changes, and I recently moved to the Hampden area. Before, at the Aurora location, the employees were very professional. They showed me how to check that my oil change and maintenance were done correctly. At the Hampden location, the last time I went, I noticed they hadn't topped up the windshield washer fluid. I thought, "Well, anyone can make a mistake," but two weeks ago I went back for my oil change, and this time they really messed up. They literally didn't do anything. The antifreeze and windshield washer fluid were empty, and the engine oil was a quart low. I realized this because two days after taking my car there, I took it to AutoZone to have something else checked on my engine, and that's when I noticed. I asked the employee to help me check (maybe I was wrong), and they literally hadn't done anything. And I paid $95 for a full service! They disgust me. Never come here.

  Been going to the Grease Monkey off East Hampton in Denver and I’m always impressed. Last visit they took care of my transmission fluid, differential fluid, oil change, and everything was done perfectly. The whole staff is friendly and professional, especially the main guy — he’s been absolutely amazing every time. Today he even gave me a free ride home while they work on the car. Outstanding customer service. Highly recommend this location!
