  This location is amazing! Super helpful for oil changes and brake troubleshooting issues. Really appreciate how fast their service is! Would recommend and will be back. Great employees at this location.

  Where to begin.lol :) My experience with greasemonkey Colfax was nothing short of amazing. They saved my car, and my butt, cause I tried changing my oil --overfilled the tank and it was not doing well. Getting my car into the shop and the extra steps they had to take to properly correct the mistakes I made-- I just truly appreciate. Specifically Mr. Carlos, one of the managers I believe, truly went above and beyond in helping me feel safe and supported. Like he was genuinely trying to help me out and solve my problems, not just trying to blindly handle you for a profit. And being a woman, sometimes going to auto shops you feel like chum in a bucket. Lol Carlos went out of his way to make sure my car was well taken care of and was super nice and accommodating and apparently a magician cause my car could've been in much worse shape. The other attendees there were friendly and gracious. While waiting i chatted with a gentlemen whom I think was the owner. Just a wonderful person all around and it feels really good to be putting your money into places and people in the community you are honored to support. I will be returning to them for many more services in the future. Thanks again grease monkey!! I appreciate you :) 5 stars

  The guys here are great. Everyone I've talked to has been professional and knowledgeable, especially Trent. He has answered my questions without talking down to me, never made me feel pushed or rushed, and has really left me with a good impression of the shop. When I needed something a little more in-depth than an oil change, Elvin was assigned as my technician and he explained things in a way that was easy to understand while still being detailed. Absolute 10/10 shop.

  Exceptional Kindness and Care! I cannot recommend Grease Monkey enough. The team here went completely above and beyond for me during a really stressful time. Being on a very tight budget and having very little money makes unexpected auto issues incredibly overwhelming, but the staff treated me with the utmost respect, empathy, and genuine care. Their kindness and generosity blew me away. They didn't just look at my vehicle; they truly looked out for me as a person. It is so rare to find a business that puts humanity and compassion first, but the wonderful people at this location absolutely do. If you want to support a business that is honest, deeply generous, and treats their customers like family, please bring your vehicle to this Grease Monkey. They have earned a customer for life!   I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation before a 2,000-mile road trip. During the inspection, I was informed that my rear differential was empty, so I approved a rear differential fluid service in addition to the oil change and tire rotation. One thing that raised concerns for me was that I received conflicting information about the rear differential fluid. I was initially told that the rear differential was empty, but afterward I was told that the fluid was black and needed to be changed. Those two statements did not seem consistent and left me questioning the accuracy of the inspection. Immediately after leaving the shop, my steering wheel began shaking. Concerned, I stopped at another repair shop right away, where I was told that the rear differential had been overfilled by approximately double the proper amount. Because the steering wheel vibration continued, I then had to visit a second mechanic. They found that my tires were significantly out of balance after the rotation, with one tire reportedly off by six ounces. As a result, I spent roughly six additional hours dealing with mechanics and repairs after my visit. Prior to this service, my vehicle did not exhibit any of these issues. I contacted the shop and was offered a free oil change and filters on a future visit. While I appreciate the gesture, the oil change was the only service performed that did not appear to create a problem. Given my experience, I do not feel comfortable returning to this location for future service. Overall, this was a frustrating experience, especially considering I was preparing for a long road trip and expected my vehicle to be in reliable condition when I left the shop.
