Been coming here for years and service was never great, just average for a quick service and oil change. Today Alejandro took good care of me coming to give me actual updates about my vehicle even though it’s just a company truck. Didn’t try to upsell me on a new filter and instead offered to clean it as it’s a washable air filter when previous times I was pressured into getting a new one and I would have to decline and wash it myself afterwards. This kind of service honestly caught me by surprise and it was very much appreciated.

I went today 7-3-2026 one car in the bay, two open places. So I thought this will go fast, and went to store. Came back 20 minutes later they did not even pull my car in, 3 cars went around me.... Got in my cat and left..............

This review is for the Touchless car wash!! In my option this is the most reasonable priced most underrated car wash out there! The undercarriage wash is like +15seconds which makes me feel like I can thoroughly soak underneath. Other car washes I feel like it’s 5 seconds! Auto wash even tries to upsell you for longer undercarriage wash but it’s STILL less time than the one included in deluxe wash. My only hope is that they check on soaps and mechanics daily, as I noticed today tri color was missing a color and wasn’t as vibrant. Less suds on the car which I felt was less clean. If the store wasn’t closed I would have informed someone and I also live far away, but this is my wash of choice.

Alejandro Sanchez was a very helpful and a very enthusiastic employee. I’ve gone to other grease monkeys before but this one is different. They’re all willing to help out and they were able to get my oil change done very quick and sufficient. But one employee stood out the most to me, Alejandro was very helpful and was giving me a lot of tips to keep the maintenance going for my vehicle. Super good customer service from this guy.
