  I came by for a maintenance check up with Alejandro. I'm very uneducated on cars, but he did an excellent job explaining things to me and letting me know what to keep an eye on vs what doesn't need to be addressed anytime soon. Best of all, I feel like he was actually interested in helping me and not just nickel-and-dime-ing me.

  I had a great experience at Grease Monkey thanks to Alejandro, Jose, and Shawn! They were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was taken care of. I really appreciate their excellent customer service and attention to detail. These guys represent Grease Monkey very well. Highly recommend!

  They pulled my cabin filter out to show me, and did not put everything back. My vehicle registration was sitting on the passenger seat and I discovered some random plastic fitting sitting up on the dash. — Update after my husband looked at it—the cabin filter was jammed in the wrong way. If I ever come back, I will be explicitly instructing them to not touch my air filters.

  Had a great experience at Grease Monkey! Ash was extremely helpful and professional while working on the A/C system in my Chevy Trax. They did the A/C recharge quickly, offered a very reasonable price, and made the whole process super easy. I was especially impressed with how fast they were able to get me in and out the same day. Great service, fair pricing, and efficient work. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend Ash and the team!

  Online it said it would be about $65 for an oil change but I came out to be about $120 and that was with a coupon. Kept pressuring me to get air filter replaced even though it was fine and replaced 7 months ago and pressured me to get a higher quality oil. When I got my car back they said part of the increased price was because they vacuum out the car but it was dirtier than when I gave it to them and had grease marks in the fabric seats and on the arm rest. They admitted they didn’t vacuum it the first time and admitted they lied about vacuuming it when I first asked and took another 15 minutes to actually vacuum it but said they didn’t have anything to clean the crevices and I had to ask them a 2nd time to clean up the oil and dirt they left on the arm rest. I think if they are going to charge double the price they promote for “extra services” they should at least follow through.
