  This location is of poor quality. I took my car here through insurance. The damage was fixed but not well. They also didn’t fix my windshield reservoir. The customer service at the front desk is very poor. Rushed and botched. Has been begging for a review so here it is. After going here for over 25 years and being told we don’t matter… trust me, my family and neighbors understand. Over all could be ran better. Unhappy employees rush jobs, have poor work ethic, and treat customers like crap because we don’t matter to them. Linda and Ashley made my experience absolutely awful

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot recommend Linda and the team at Gerber Collision enough! I would honestly give them more than 5 stars if I could. My car was vandalized—the windshield was badly broken and the car was also dented. It was already a very stressful situation, but Linda made the entire process so much easier for me. Because there was a hole in my windshield and heavy rain was expected throughout the week, I was really worried. I didn’t have anywhere covered to keep my car, so I called Linda and asked if there was any way I could bring it in early just so it would have shelter from the rain. Without hesitation, she helped me. One thing she said that I will always remember was, **“I like helping out people.”** That alone showed me what kind of person she is. From that point on, I felt comfortable trusting Linda with everything. She consistently kept me updated about my car, explained what was happening, and made sure I knew how the repairs were progressing. I never felt like I had to chase anyone for an update. When I finally got my car back, I was so happy with the result. Not only was the damage repaired, but my car was incredibly clean and had even been washed. It felt so good getting it back after everything that happened. Linda is genuinely kind, caring, professional, and someone who goes above and beyond for her customers. The rest of the staff were wonderful as well. What started as such a stressful experience ended with me feeling extremely grateful for how well I was treated. Gerber Collision is an auto body shop I would absolutely trust with my vehicle again. If you ever find yourself in an unfortunate situation with your car, I highly recommend Linda and her team. **I would recommend them a million times over. Thank you so much, Linda, for your kindness, your help, and for taking such great care of my car! ❤️**

  Linda was incredible. I can't think of any way this shop could have done a better job with my repair. They were quick, did great body work, matched my crazy shade of green paint, and cleaned the interior.

  My husband had an “act of god” (insurance adjuster’s words) on the interstate, where a large truck driving dangerously in the left lane hit a piece of metal on the shoulder, ricocheting it into his car’s windshield. It punctured the glass but didn’t break it all the way and dented the frame. Gerber was recommended to us by our insurance and was just another lemon on top of a really crummy situation. What was originally promised to be a few days work turned into over two weeks. It was supposed to be done last Friday but when we got home from work around 515pm, we realized they had never called us and when we called they were closed. Due to the two day job that became two weeks, we ended up needing a rental car for longer than we anticipated. We thought since they went WAY beyond their original quoted timeframe and completely ghosted us last Friday that perhaps they could pick up the $30 it cost to keep the rental car this weekend. Today my husband went to get the car, the lady at the front told him there was no need to try to talk to the manager because it wasn’t their fault. She also said she had no way of explaining what happened on Friday because the guy working on the car wasn’t there today. All in all, this place was just another piece to an overall ridiculous situation, one where we will look back on all of it and say “good riddance.” I guess one bright spot is we found an auto body shop we will never use again.
