  The charger didn't update my charging session in my app which meant I coukdn't cancel the charging session and the cable was locked into my vehicle. I had to call customer service to have them remotely end my charging session. IN WHAT WORLD is this an acceptable way for these things to operate?!

  Good location and pretty reliable, but, as other reviewers have mentioned, it’s inconvenient that you have to have an app or member card for it to work. It’s in a basement garage, so I recommend installing the app before entering in case you have cell-service issues. It’s nice that the first 2 hours in the garage are free as long as you validate your ticket inside Whole Foods (no minimum purchase required). Those “$10 minimum purchase” signs are for non-ev parking. These are fast-chargers, so it shouldn’t take longer than that for a full charge. We charged our car from 5% to 100% and EVgo charged us just $9.
