  My battery was super low and I desperately needed a spot to charge and this was the closest one, ALL of the charging cords were cut off of the stations so none of the stations in this area worked. I really wish I would've known that instead of driving around looking for a spot when none of them are in a working condition.

  CHAdeMO charging port locked in place. ChargePoint app could not initiate a disconnect, error message that the station owner had disabled unlocks. The touch screen to end session was broken and would not respond. Was forced to call EvGO customer support and waited nearly 10 minutes before the agent finally got on the line and initiated the disconnect, adding another $3.00 to the charging cost. Terrible experience, will just wait in queue at the QT across the street next time.

  Went to 2 locations and first stop all 3 stalls were disabled! No charging ports available. Had to drive 10 mins to next location, at a busy restaurant and 2 of the 3 were operable. Still didn't help me cause they were in use. I give up on this company and the availability of their ports. I will stick to Charge Point!! Always available and working!
