  The app wont ever work. The customer support is garbage and they wont respond for a week or two then ask for some more unnecessary information just to waste time. Their subscription is a scam they just take your money and dont let you use it and then refuse to refund you anything

  CHAdeMO charging port locked in place. ChargePoint app could not initiate a disconnect, error message that the station owner had disabled unlocks. The touch screen to end session was broken and would not respond. Was forced to call EvGO customer support and waited nearly 10 minutes before the agent finally got on the line and initiated the disconnect, adding another $3.00 to the charging cost. Terrible experience, will just wait in queue at the QT across the street next time.

  Three chargers. One is a handicap only spot. The other two are normal spots. However this parking lot is so small I have seen gas vehicles parking in these spots. It happens I get it. Both chargers state they are “fast” however they do not seem to be fast at all. It was very slow. The second time I came here to charge, one of the chargers was broken

  Went to 2 locations and first stop all 3 stalls were disabled! No charging ports available. Had to drive 10 mins to next location, at a busy restaurant and 2 of the 3 were operable. Still didn't help me cause they were in use. I give up on this company and the availability of their ports. I will stick to Charge Point!! Always available and working!
